Payment is due immediately unless other arrangements are made. Payment may be made by cashier’s check, certified check, money order or wire. Personal checks are also accepted but may take additional time to clear.

For orders within the United States, our primary means of shipping is USPS First Class, Insured with Signature Confirmation. A flat rate of $5.00 will be added to these orders. Alternate methods of shipping may be available for an additional charge.

Canadian and other international orders are also sent via the USPS. A minimum of $30.00 will be added to these orders. Please call or email for specifics.

California residents must include 8.75% sales tax or provide a valid resale license.
